That Hereditary/Midsommar post has me curious because I completely loathe Hereditary and now I'm wondering if I'd like Midsommar, lol

(My beef with Hereditary is that the first half or so is legit mastercraft horror and then suddenly ghosts! And everything from then on is painfully dumb IMO.)

I mean, I hate it enough that I don't think I recommend anyone give it a shot. I'm sure someone else who enjoyed it might be able to sell you on it more. Like I said, the director had a lot of great ideas that were just poorly done. Another thing that keeps me from recommending it is that this movie is LOOOOOONG. So if you don't like it, you're in for it. My ex wanted to walk out but I convinced her to see it through because I thought it might deliver. It did not.

Also, I like your list Corrik. It has a lot of variety as Aecioo mentioned. I don't mind okay-ish horror movies either, which your list seems to have plenty of them! I'll probably end up overlapping with a lot of them. I know there's a couple of them there I'll end up doing a little blurb about, probably after you get to them (I'm looking at you, Bird Box...)
