First one I did everything just fine; I got to AR5, did pulls, then exchanged the stuff you get after pulls for a few more pulls. But on my other two accounts, after doing the initial 10 pull, I couldnt open that shop that lets you exchange the stuff for more draw items. It said it was unavailable or something.
