You will notice that any time you order at a restaurant, or buy a frozen meal, or the like, it will be labeled as something like: "Spaghetti and Meatballs" or "Spaghetti with Meat Sauce" Spaghetti is just the noodle. If she said she was making "spaghetti" and not "spaghetti and/with X" then she didn't lie or deceive you.
