Topic	South Florida bars packed after Gov. gives OK for Phase 3 reopening

Im not trolling I actually want to know the reasons. The fact that you cant wear a mask while drinking and eating and the fact that people go to bars specifically to meet people and socialize (ie, not socially distancing). Then add in the element of drunkenness, and you have a bunch of people acting dumb in a tight space with no masks or social distancing.
