Log horizon enchanter class (or whatever main guy is). Slime (the slime is the weakest monster). Main guy class from hack//GU (adept rogue sucks but can actually do everything all the other claseses can and is broken OP). Pretty much every incarnation of anti magic but I can think specifically of touma from railgun and main guy from black clover. Pikachu from pokemon (inferior version of raichu yet somehow OP). The variety of 5th element magic (dark, light, origin, void etc) with zero no tsukaima as a double example because louise is actually OP void mage and fragile human is actually most OP gandalfr summon. Baka to Test (idiots are actually OP in a world ruled by smarts). That one card from yugioh (my grandfathers deck HAS NO WEAK CARDS). Naruto (shitty ninja can't use jutsu but actually has OP super magic trapped inside him letting him use shadow clone). Deku has no quirk but actually gets super OP strongest quirk in the world.

Theres countless other examples but it's ultra super common in anime. It's basically tapping into the "do you feel like you suck ass in real life, maybe it's actually cause you are secretly amazing and your talent just hasn't gotten a chance to shine".
