Sign is a super slow burn and it's definitely not about the combat or action in general. Theres also kind of accel world by the same author as SAO. That's more like augmented reality gaming instead of trapped in a game and the anime does not conclude but it's honestly pretty decent. I really like that authors view of the future. For isekai theres tons.
