It's a very clunky and underexplained setup just to get you out there, but man once you're there there's some really great stuff going on. Also space is just cool. It's why I understand but can never agree with the people who think the game drops off a cliff after disc 2. The propagator puzzle stuff is great too. Also love love love the Eyes on Me scene, if any one non-CG scene deserves to be remembered from this game it's that one. I can put up with any number of cringey moments if you have stuff like that going on. I don't think the series has ever used body language as well as 8 does. SeabassDebeste posted... * And unfortunately, I'm also very disappointed by the damsel in distress storyline. We just got Rinoa back. Send one of these other losers into jeopardy, if this orphanage storyline is so important! Yeah it's definitely been the Squall/Rinoa show for a while, and they definitely go to the damsel well a couple too many times for her. --- Congrats to azuarc, Guru Champion 2020! ...
