He has no health issue where he would require this. Not only all that but that department has been on record to dumb useless shit such as new monitors, desk chairs, wireless keyboards and mouse. It's pretty obvious they just want to bling up their desks, so I stood my ground and said no. If they want a yes then they'd have to go to my boss. He'll also say no.
