No, not all cops are part of that gang, but the system doesn't allow those cops to stop the gang. Even if you want to go that route, there is no data that supports that narrative. Police kill about 1,000 people every year, in the whole country, total. That is not a big number. And most of those killings were at least somewhat justified. A quarter of the people killed were black (last year only 14 were unarmed), but that's because they largely live in cities and most crime tends to happen in urban areas. There are 12,000 police departments, half a million cops, and over 60 million police interactions per year in the country, and you're trying to tell me that they're murdering people everywhere and covering it up? ...
