These are abandoned buildings barely kept up by the owners that we've gone into. Long since shutdown hospitals and insane asylums. And we've not met an owner yet that wasn't an extremely genuine person. Hell the last place we went the guy bought his old shutdown elementary school just to save it from being demolished.
