Alright, through our first 100 turns things are actually shaping up quite well! We founded a religion, founded the city of Antium, built 3 world wonders, and are starting to explore overseas finally. It doesn't look like I'll much be able to use ballistas as we appear to be the only civ on this continent, but maybe we'll have explored enough by the time we get the Legions. A smaller continent south of us has 3 city states, 2 of whom we've befriended thanks to taking out a camp, and another seeming larger continent to the southeast that we're sailing around now.
