It's almost the same. :/Phil literally has no perspective. He honestly believe that struggles are struggles. If you listen to him talk, his voice remains monotomous the whole time, there is no emotion there. So he honestly believes that cancer can equal money struggles for example. But what is far more disgusting, and something all narcissists do, is to emotionally exploit people. They always try to win by using false equivolancies. People dying of cancer that no one knew of is the same as Phil having struggles.
