Feels like it is about as big as my hand. I've been lucky enough to never be seriously injured. My back does not seem to hurt worse than usual. Its hard to judge how bad the swelling is because I'm a big guy (310 lbs). The fact that it is noticable beneath all that is part of what worries me. Sounds like it's a hernia.
