No. Simply being armed is not intimidation. That's not how the 2nd amendment and US gun laws work.
So a guy (illegally) open carrying a weapon with the very obvious context that he's here against the protesters is not intimidation and untrained civilians have no reason to fear for their lives.

Meanwhile, trained cops regularly get away with "fearing for their lives" against civilians should there be a weapon (or the possibility of) anywhere near.

That's fucked up, dude.
