He was literally running away and was attacked.

If the people he shot don't attack him, they don't go home in body bags.

No. Simply being armed is not intimidation. That's not how the 2nd amendment and US gun laws work.

At the end of the day, the people that were shot violently attacked someone else first.

I don't care if people are just standing around holding weapons, not harming anyone.

I do care if people are violently attacking and physically assaulting other people.
