I'm jealous. Some years ago, I tried to look up the cheapest real estate listing in my area. The lowest I could find was $80k for what amounted to a sold-as-is that basically amounted to a something like a cabin (or extreme open concept) where it was one main room, a very tiny bedroom (iirc with twin beds on both sides), and a bathroom. It didn't even have a driveway, let alone a garage. No basement, and the as-is seemed to include trash piled out in the place.
