No one really knows how much Apple or Google charge for every purchase of a game or in app purchase, but I've heard rumors of at least 30% per transaction. If you still want to play Fortnite (My nieces love the game and play every single day with their friends) you can download it on your Android phones directly from The Epic Play Shore.
