That is what Freedom of Speech protects. People are allowed to tell companies about the racists that work for them. That is also what Freedom of Speech protects. It's hypocritical to say that it protects what you listed while denying the other things it protects Dislike what they said.... respond to them directly. Call them out on their timeline. Challenge their beliefs with yours. You have no proof they act in any racist/unprofessional way when at work. If that surfaces at their place of employment it is thier employer who needs to deal with it, not you. You're not making any sense. He has every legal right to bring it up. It's Freedom of Speech, after all. You are allowed to say what you want, and the government is not supposed to silence you, as per the First Amendment.
