Topic	Why arent ppl taking the dangers of China more seriously?

Americans aren't really used to other countries being able to do that. What they are doing in Hong Kong is no different than the what the US did all through cold war in South America. Government not friendly to your government or your business interests? Install your government that's more friendly. Is it right? No, of course not. But also just like the US, unless you are willing to go to war over it, there is literally fuck all you can do in the short term.
