Play the fucking football. With a minimum crowd possible (2 meters distance whatever) or no crowd at all, but play the fucking football
There is literally not a worse possible scenario for bubbling than college football. The size of both rosters and personnel dwarf every other sport. But more importantly (and this applies to all college sports), thanks to the NCAA's own hardline stance on maintaining players as "student athletes", you can't completely quarantine from the rest of the students. It literally takes what could otherwise be relatively contained bubbles for universities and exposing them to each other on a large-scale and frequent basis.
