Get into a sword fight with a gang enforcer. Survive a law enforcement assualt while navigating a tourist trap cave system. Burn a bunch of drug fields, slowly getting higher (and thus altering your vision and control) as you go. Rob a casino. It goes on and on. On and I forgot the side games, which there are more of and they are more fun.
