First, though, I must mention The Governor said, it is the parent's decision as to whether their children go back or not. Having said that. We have successfully opened up restaurants and bars. And so far we haven't had a spike. Additionally, most New Yorks have learned to live with this, it been our reality for the better half of the year. We have taken on the discipline of trying our best to slow this thing down. ~And yes, if things go wrong at the schools or bars they will get shut down real quickly, just as they already were in resent memory. Having said all of that, this one reason I am glad I don't have children, and never wanted to actually become a teacher.
