Topic	Cuomo says New York schools can open in the fall.
Sewage 08/08/20 12:26:10 AM #20:	Virginia and Maryland just passed New York in active cases, and NY has 10 million more people than VA and 13 million more people than MD. By this time tomorrow, it's not out of the question that NY has under 80,000 active cases, they were just at 100,000 not that long ago. What I'm saying is with things going down and with mental health experts saying kids need school, if there is a state that it makes sense to try to get school to work it's New York.
