August 14th is the earnings. See, still an undiscovered/undervalued stock at these prices somehow if you can't find news. The investor relations guys at AVCT will actually talk to their shareholders though, so not hard to find out the info you want to know. Warrants value increase as the stock price increases, gravy, but are also determined by buyers and sellers naturally like common stock. It's kind of that simple, but it also often lags behind the common stock. That said, warrants were trading for under 40 cents three days ago and hit over $2 when AVCT had it's insane run yesterday....you see how that works? Exponential gain dwarfs the common stock.
