Acquiring that UCaaS company probably was the biggest news they have, but most of the AVCT discord (I can send an invite if anyone wants it) seems to think they wouldn't have released great news before the ER if the ER was bad; they'd have done it the other way around. The theory is that with Computex numbers they have way more cash than the previous financial statements let on, which is actually quite obvious. I think the real long play here is that investors become super interested in a company exponentially growing through acquisitions, especially in the tech space, so many folks in early aren't planning on selling anything until $20 common stock and 7+ warrant price no matter how long they wait. But I totally botched timing this otherwise awesome stock and now that I am in on the warrants I'm 100% selling it and my commons if there's a crazy post ER run. --- - Blur - Welcome to your Divinity. ...
