For argument sake lets say youre right and no cure/treatment is ever found for cancer, you still wouldn't age and year to year your chances of developing a life threatening illness would not be higher than they are now. Given that I've already had a life threatening illness, and more than a decade ago at that, I don't find that overly reassuring. Also, the way that you've just put a slash through treatment/cure as if they're interchangeable says it all. You know what the treatment for testicular cancer is? They cut your bollock off.
