There is no upside. You will still get sick and die. Any benefit you get from being 'younger' can be more or less replicated by looking after your body, unless you're literally pro-athlete standard. Plus, you're still not immune to injury and the long term effects of that. What it essentially amounts to is that you'd look younger than you are. I already do, so no actual value.

How old are you? Like 25? Because there is sure as shit a big difference between being in your 20s and being even in your 40s. Let alone older. It's ridiculous to say there is no value in being youthful for your whole life. Everyone's body slowly falls apart as they get old. Everyone.
