| BakonBitz 08/04/20 6:19:36 PM #45: | I didn't mind the story of 2 too much, but they asked a LOT from players. From a constantly depressing atmosphere, to even more gruesome violence and gore than the first game had, to forcing you to play as a character painted as the villain for quite literally half the game. It's a ballsy maneuver, especially with some of the false advertising, but I appreciated it. I understand why a lot of people wouldn't, though. I do have a problem with Ellie being boring and not acting like how she was in the first game, and Sarah essentially being tossed aside, though. Joel could've used better characterization though, he became too much of a softy between games. It's literally what got him killed, after all.
