Main Party Chapter 2 Rankings.

Having now played the first four Chapter 2 locations for my main party of Ophelia, Olberic, Cyrus, and Therion, it's time to rank them on my impressions. I won't be getting to the other four characters until I wrap up Chapter 4 with Ophelia at the very least, so I'll have to reflect back on these rankings at a later time for the whole group.

Cyrus - 9/10
-Easily the best of the four Chapter 2s so far goes to Cyrus. His story contains the most mystery and is keeping me engaged in his journey. As a character, Cyrus is also quite eccentric comparatively to the other three members, who all currently appear to be fairly cliche versions of their template archetypes.

Olberic - 8/10
-The departure from the formulaic approach in Chapter delivery was nice, and all the character engagements were well written. Even the no name Arena competitors had personality. What once appeared to be a straight forward story about confrontation with a traitor has also become a little more cloudy in it's possible resolutions, which makes for great story telling.

Therion - 5/10
-Fairly average and expected playthrough of a Chapter involving a Thief. While there have been moments of interest, like his past with Darius, or his relationship with Lady Ravus, the nature of Therion's character and whether he is a good, neutral, or bad person is still a mystery and leaves me ambivalent to caring for him or his resolution.

Ophelia - 4/10
-I wish there was more going on with Ophelia. Thus far, the only potential and unknown adversaries to her character development and story arc are her adoptive father's illness and the mystery character Mattias. There's just not enough meat in her story yet to make me invested in her journey, which is sad for my main heroine.
