the point is you dont necessarily know if youre healthy because people get the virus and are asymptomatic but can still transfer the virus.
obviously if you dont actually have the virus its not keeping you from spreading the virus since you cant spread something you dont have

and the video is from March when barely anyone had gotten the virus here
