I've never seen Heathers (the movie OR the musical) but this definitely makes me want to because this song is a straight-up bop. There's a pretty clear hierarchy with the Heathers, something that immediately makes me think Alana and her crew from That's So Raven (which I remember for some reason or another). They're confident and snarky, and about as cruel as teen mean girls can be (which, unfortunately for this song's placement, doesn't really compare to the evil shown by some of the much darker villains).
