This. Plus necromancy generally requires some kind of dark process to violate the sanctity of death, which also makes the work inherently morally problematic if not evil. And even the necromancers without ill intent frequently harm the people they're trying to help, regardless of whatever other dark cost the people agreed to pay to bring back their loved one.
