He says who he is, where he's from (though initially "Transexual, Transylvania" sounds more like a joke than a literal place, and much less another planet). You learn his identity and sexuality, his taste for the dark (I'll get you a Satanic mechanic), his profession (come up to the lab and see what's on the slab) and also makes allusions to what's to come. It does an excellent job of describing who Dr. FNF is and what he's all about while just being a catchy (if a little cheesy) song.
