Hexxus is essentially the embodiment of pollution and destruction of nature, and this song does an overall damn good job at expressing it. Hexxus sings almost seductively, juxtaposed against the fact that he's a disgusting gas cloud. While he doesn't seem to have any sort of real malice, his main goal is basically just to spread destruction however he can, and he embraces the willingness of humans to destroy their own environments for personal game. I can't quite give it full points for anything.
