This is the classic musical trope (especially in Disney movies) of the hero being trapped and desperately wanting to live a normal life with everyone else. Think Out There from Hunchback of Notre Dame or Part of Your World from The Little Mermaid or When Will My Life Begin from Tangled. The twist is obviously that it's NOT the hero, it's Satan who wants nothing more than to leave Hell and join the humans on Earth. Trey Parker's Satan has always been one of my favorite recurring characters on South Park due to just how friendly and senstitive he is. Calling him the villain of this is a stretch, because ultimately it's Hussein that ends up pulling all the strings, and that's what keeps this from doing better.
