The bulk of it is spent doing my heavy compound lift since I like to take 3-5 minute breaks on my heaviest sets, especially if I have a partner. I tried to shorten my workouts in the past, but it hurt me more than helped me.Basically this. When I squat/bench/deadlift, that's 45min-60min of my workout.
