Lol Im glad early morning lifting works for you. I havent done a 5AM session since it was mandatory by my college football coaches. My body just doesnt operate like that early in the mornings. My prime time is around 7PM. I get it good for 2 hours, shower, then jump in bed.

I used to do 4pm in high school, then 7pm in college, 2pm early 20s and 9pm mid 20s. Working out with the intentions to go to bed afterwards is good, come home, take a protein shake, eat some nuts, take a shower and go to bed you'll fall asleep so good.

Theres something about waking up extra early though that makes the day feel like a breeze afterwards. Especially if you don't over do it at the gym, get a decent lift in, all those feel good chemicals hit you right in the morning. I should have definitely done this before.

In this world, is the destiny of man controlled by some transcendental entity or law? Is it like the hand of God hovering above?
