I haven't, but I mostly just wasn't sure if I was training hard enough to be deloading. I did only do my squats at my warm up weight (160) yesterday, and skipped deadlift and linear leg press entirely. I might reorganize my blocking too.

Any time you lift heavy for extended periods you should be deloading. I deload every 4 weeks myself.
