If we allow Ben to have a Saiyan option, Id say Goku still wins, seeing as Ben probably would be a weak saiyan and not have access to SS etc. He transforms into the average for that species. Even if he goes Ultimate, I think Goku could take it. If Ben is allowed to transform into any non-canon alien, then a Kryptonian Ben might win if we assume hes already charged with yellow sun.
