It's a chipper, goofy song about how great Marjoly the evil queen is. Why is she evil? Well... because she's the evil queen of course! The best one! What initially seems like it's going to a ballad solely dedicated to stroking Marjoly's ego ends up only mostly doing that, but also puts in a verse about Ferdinando, the cursed prince Marjoly is desperate for. That sounds like a pretty wholesome goal honestly, though I also get the feeling there's a lot more to it than that in the context of the game.
