Topic	Starting Sekiro for the first time.

I'm probably gonna look up a few things, like if I've missed any prayer beads, esoteric texts, or such. And probably what is up with the child on Senpou as well as the doctor in the dungeon. Or the location of fulminated mercury, as that stuff seems rare as shit. Do I need to consider alternative endings for the game as soon as I start a new playthrough or can I do the stuff fairly late on?
