I don't know what kind of wacky rocket skateboards they've got in your neck of the woods, but around here, it's usually pretty easy to drive away from a guy on a skateboard if you don't pull a u-turn. Pulling a u-turn and going back to continue confronting somebody you've already escaped from isn't really typical behaviour for somebody that legitimately feels threatened. --- This is my signature.
