So for the people who have hate sorry. It's true.

In Ohio you do NOT have to show you are looking for work.

Also in Ohio, if you are called back to work by your employer and you refuse you can report that. If however the employee says they fear for their health and family health the state let's them stay on unemployment. I'm in separate need of servers and a good portion laughs and says, try in August. I'll need money then.
Why wouldn't they laugh at your pitiful offer?

"Hey, do you want to give up the good payment you're getting now to come work in an environment where your chances of contracting coronavirus will absolutely skyrocket?"

And before you retort with how well you clean your restaurant: it does not matter. Your customers will be eating and talking, masks off, and spraying their droplets everywhere. It is IMPOSSIBLE for waiters, bus boys, hosts, etc. to not be exposed in this environment.

I understand that you probably feel forced to be open. Your anger should be directed at your government, not at your poor employees who don't want to die alone, hooked up to a ventilator, and leave their families with a 100k medical bill.
