And you have to certify weekly that you have not turned down such an offer. So either this guy runs a fancy steakhouse where every single one of his employees is committing unemployment fraud... OR. He's full of shit. It's not fraud and there's no reason to have a melty over it. Workers not wanting to die for shit pay aren't going to be penalized for drawing from a stimulus that was designed to keep them at home. The resources needed to audit hundreds of thousands of cases and prove that there was intent to abuse the system, not to mention the political backlash behind it, it will never happen. --- I can't leave without my buddy, Superfly. ...
