Not a fan of how many people would allow scummy moves for themselves and family, but not anyone else. We should try to hold everyone to the same standards, ideally. She should be tl communicating with her husband if there are issues. If she won't solve it herself after I speak with her, I'll tell him myself.

There is literally no context provided. They could have an open relationship. He could be a cuck. It could be revenge for his own many affairs, possibly even a 'gimme' they agreed upon. It could be an arrangement marriage. He could be abusive or a horrible person. She could be planning to leave him and just waiting for a specific reason. The man might be threatening her or her family or raping her. You could just love your sister and hate him, or vise versa. An incredible amount of possible nuances to just answer yes or no without question.
