Obviously won't hit it this playthrough, but should reach it in NG+. ...Oh course the 3 pig run at the end is so lucrative it really wouldnt be that hard to get to 50 or close to it. 95k blood Echoes per run with them and the 9 Shadows on that route, which is like 3 minutes.
