For what reason?dude. you know fucking well the reason he did it. he was sucking some sick pleasure out of showing this woman how powerless she and everyone else was to stop this. he deliberately went out of his way to grope her specifically because she asked for a lady cop (because she didn't want to be groped or worse) ...
