Topic	25% of NYC apt renters haven't paid since March. Pushing city to breaking point.

My friend and I started looking at apartments this month to rent since prices have gone down because of corona. Let me tell you, there are so many places in the city that we both would be paying over $1100 each Towards the rent a month. Many of the bedrooms were 6 x 9, 6 x 10, 8 x 8, for over $1100 each.
