| wolfy42 07/09/20 9:48:13 AM #1: | I have never taken vitamins, and I kinda wonder if they actually make a difference at all. I'm older now, perhaps I should try it and see if it gives me more energy or something. I've known a few people who did, but I never really asked them about it. It's a huge industry though which makes me think it has to have some effect or why would so many people spend money on them? As I'm passing through 50 and into the (in my mind) older age groups, perhaps I should consider at least trying a few (or maybe just a multi-vitamin) even day. I wonder if they come in gummy form (without alot of sugar), I so miss gummies!!
