At least, I figure that's who this is about, but I can't truly be sure (without context of the original video for it) because the lyrics are so damn vague. I think the singer, who I assume is Satan, just wants destruction, but also maybe he wants power? He's singing to... somebody? Maybe an angel on the other side? He both sings that he's going to take the listener down and also asks the listener not to leave him? To be completely honest, I don't think Symphony X themselves had a particularly clear idea of where they wanted to go with this song, aside from them wanting it to shred.
